1. One year guarantee
We grant 1 year guarantee on the product after the sale. Within the guarantee period, we will provide free maintenance for the malfunctioned hardware including main board, CPU, ram, hard disk, power supply, CRT (excluding the pedestal), LCD. Free maintenance will be provided to others parts within limited period.
2. National united guarantee, unified repair
The company offers the national united guarantee. Wherever you buy and use our product in P. R. China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan area), you can call the 24-hour service hot line: 13910332985 or the customer service number: 800-810-1995 When there is malfunction within the range of guaranteed maintenance. We will arrange our after-sale service department nearby to offer the free service.
3. Hot-line counseling service
If you have any technical problem (including the random software fault), please call the technical support phone: 010-828678, you can get the professional help from our engineers. You also can get the service from our web.
4. Respond in 4 hours, to-door-service.
In the free guarantee period, the after-sale service department will contact with you by the phone after you call the 800-810-1995 or the 24-hour service hotline. They will make sure to repair the malfunction within 48 hours (Effective in working day)
Special explanation: If there are any accidental factors that will cause our company unable to repair according to the above commitments, the company or the after-sale service department will consulted with you to solve this problem.
5. 5day and 8 hours working system
Our normal working time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
6. Be free of the guarantee
This guarantee does not cover:
•Without the "Sichuang" trademark or not the OEM product.
•Work station or the components are out of the guarantee period.
•The fault and damage are caused as the products were used not following the specification and not in the regulated working environment, or because of wrong installation, maintenance or use (too high or low temperature, too much moisture or too dry, too high altitude, unsteadiness of current or voltage, too much zero ground voltage, etc.).
•The fault or damages are caused by fix, repair, change or dismantle which are not empowered by the company.
•The fault or damages are caused by the components which are not the company's product.
•The fault or damages are caused by accident or man-made factors (including computer virus, operating mistakes, tear, portage, bump and the ill-suited voltage).
•The fault and damages are caused by substandard or software that is not publicly issued.
•The fault and damages are caused by the force majeure such as disaster (earthquake, fire etc).
•The fault and damages are caused by the other reasons rather than the company products' quality.
7. Special warning
This promise is only suitable for the Sichuang products sold in P. R. China mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan area)
The sales receipt and guarantee card can only be valid after purchase date, product version and serial-number are written on it and official seal of the vendor is stamped on it.
Proclamation: service number may change due to the changes of the telecommunications network or other objective factors. Please refer to the latest consultation number publicized by Sichuang Co., Ltd.
No notification in advance upon 2 to 6 clauses modified in this guarantee.

This guarantee is only suitable for the components you bought. If the components do not get our company's authorization to be used in the machine; we are free of the responsibility which the distributors guaranteed. Please get the written form promise to make sure your rights can be protected.
If there are any changes of the country's law and regulation, we will offer the service depending on the country's law. We will assume the responsibility according to the contract and the law when some losses are caused by the company's fault. Please make backup of the important data in time. We are free of any compensation responsibility caused by the damage or loss of the data, program, and the moveable memory.
